1Roadmap & Forward-Looking Features

• •Certain pages describe features that are under consideration or in development (e.g., matching, handbook/testing, transparency platform). These forward-looking features may change, may be delayed, or may not be released.
• •Delivery of any forward-looking feature is contingent on sufficient user interest and adoption. We do not guarantee timing, availability, scope, or delivery.
• •Forward-looking features are not included in your subscription until they are officially launched and explicitly stated as included.
• •You should not make purchasing, employment, or hiring decisions based on statements about future functionality.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our Services.

3Free Trial with Subscription

• •To access the Services, you must sign up for an annual subscription.
• •Upon signup, eligible new customers will begin a two (2) week free trial. Trials are limited to one per customer/account.
• •If you cancel during the trial, you will retain access until the end of your trial period; remaining trial days will not roll over or be extended.
• •If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your payment method will be automatically charged the $99 annual subscription fee, and your subscription will continue.
• •After the first year, subscriptions automatically renew each year at the then-current Annual Fee unless canceled prior to renewal.

4Subscription & Payment

• •The subscription is an annual commitment billed monthly at $9.99 (plus tax) during the first year.
• •Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• •We do not store or have access to your billing details (such as credit card numbers).
• •After the first year, subscriptions automatically renew monthly at the then-current rate until canceled.

5Refunds and Cancellations

• •All payments are final and non-refundable, except as stated in the Free Trial Terms.
• •No credits or partial refunds will be issued for unused time or reports.
• •If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current paid period (this will be your last day of access). After that, your subscription will not renew and access to the Services will end.
• •Canceling stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. If you cancel after 14 days and before completing your one-year term, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your remaining annual commitment will be charged.

6User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to:

• ×Do not store information in the app related to children 13 or under.
• ×Submitting false or misleading caregiver data.
• ×Attempting to interfere with or reverse-engineer the platform.
• ×Sharing your account with others.
• ×Distributing, copying, or sharing templates, incentive plans, or other proprietary materials outside of the platform without permission.

7Intellectual Property

All text, designs, templates, incentive plans, software, and related content on the Services belong to AuPairGoals. You may only use the Services and materials for your personal household purposes.

8User Communication

By creating an account, you agree that our team may contact you directly (by email or other provided contact methods) for purposes related to your use of the Services, including requesting feedback, providing support, and improving features. These communications are not considered marketing communications.

9Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties. Caregiver reports are tools to help families but are not a substitute for professional childcare, financial, or legal advice.
